Queensland subordinate legislation / prepared by the Office of the Queensland Parliamentary Counsel
Since 1995, the text of any regulatory impact statements and explanatory notes prepared for subordinate legislation during the year appear in the final subordinate legislation annual volume for that year, after the last item of subordinate legislation. The documents are identified by the subordinate legislation number of the relevant item of subordinate legislation and appear in the volume in chronological order. If a regulatory impact statement and an explanatory note was prepared for an item of subordinate legislation, details are noted in the endnotes to the subordinate legislation and include a reference to the relevant page number in the final volume.

Queensland. Record of the legislative acts (alternative title: Record of the legislative acts passed by the Parliament of Queensland).
For the period 1944 to 1989, the published Record of the Legislative Acts contains descriptions of the purposes of Acts as passed.
This is not held by SLV. Is available at National Library of Australia for 1957/58 to 1988/89. Griffith University Library has set from 1948 to 1990.
