Find books, government reports, websites, statistics, newspaper articles and images about Victorian bushfires from 1851 to today.
Major fires occurred in late December 2006 through to early January 2007. No people died in these fires, but they resulted in significant property and livestock losses (source). They burnt 'almost 1.2 million hectares of private and public land', much of which had been forested (source).
