If the link under the Access online section says 'Taylor & Francis eBooks', it will open in the Taylor & Francis platform.

On the main page of the ebook, there are options to download the book as an EPUB or PDF. You can also download individual PDF chapters and print or store these files.
You can then read EPUB or PDF files offline on your compatible device - computer, mobile or supported ereader.
From the ebook table of contents, click "Read Online" to open the book in the Taylor & Francis ebook reader.
